Ambulance Services / Air Ambulance Services

A fleet of well-equipped mobile CCUs is available round-a-clock. These ambulances house a ventilator, defibrillator, cardiac monitor and an IABP which is equivalent to a bed in CCU. An ambulance is always accompanied by a special team of a doctor and a nurse (if required).

Air Ambulance Services are also available for any life-threatening emergencies. These are manned by staff specially trained in Flight Physiology, Advance Cardiac Life Support and Critical Care Medicine.

Pharmacy	TPA Helpdesk	Food Services

There are pharmacies located on the ground floor, behind the reception area in the main building (round- the-clock) and another at the Rehab building ground floor (8.00AM – 8.00PM).	To help the patients claim their insurance cover, a dedicated helpdesk is available at the ground floor. Please contact Mr Rakesh Kaul-9818999174 rakesh.kaul@fortishealthcare.com for assistance.	All patients are provided with a diet in line with their treatment plan, free of charge. Any queries related to your diet can be directed to the dietician. Food from outside is not permitted. Attendants accompanying their loved ones during their stay in the hospital can avail Room service any time during the day. Various café are located on the ground floor & 1st floor near patient waiting areas and are open round the clock to cater to visitors and attendants.
Safety Lockers We provide the facility of safety lockers in the single room and above category. Please take care of your valuables as the hospital is not liable for the loss of any valuables such as laptops, cell phones, ipods, etc. kept outside these lockers. (Management does not hold any responsibility for loss or damage to any of the belongings inside locker).
ATM Services In order to avoid inconvenience for the attendants in going out to of the hospital premises for cash withdrawal 24x7 SBI Bank (VISA/Master Card) ATM. The ATM is located at the basement, main building
Cyber Café In order to avoid inconvenience for the attendants in going out to of the hospital premises for browsing net, Fortis Escorts has 24x7 browsing facility at Ground floor for assistance Please contact Billing Department 4049 to avail of this facility.
