Several Invasive Paediatric Interventions are performed routinely:

Dilating obstructive valves- Balloon Valvuloplasty

Dilating narrow blood vessels- Balloon Angioplasty Closing abnormal blood vessels by coil or devices like Patent-ductus Arteriosis, AV Fistula Atrial septal defects- by devices placed percutaneously.
